| 1‚ Smoking–Absolutely no Smoking! If you must smoke, a canister filled with sand is located on the back patio. |

| 2‚ Shoes–Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house and rise off sand by using the outdoor shower in the back yard. |
|
| 3‚ Coasters–Use coasters when placing drinks on tables. |
|
| 4‚ Dining–Please eat only at the dining table. |
|
| 5‚ Owners' Closets–Some of the closets are locked and contain the owners items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them. |
|
| 6‚ Laundry–A washer and dryer are located downstairs in the garage for your convenience. Please be sure to empty the dryer's lint trap after each load. |
|
| 7‚ Blankets–Please don't use our blankets or bedspreads on the beach. |
|
| 8‚ Cleaning–This home is professionally cleaned before each rental period. Please report any damage or other problems immediately at 210-464-7831. |

| 9‚ Furniture–Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits. |
|
| 10‚ Refridgerator–Please do not change temperature settings in the refrigerator or freezer. |
|
| 11‚ Security–When leaving the house at any time please lock the door and close/lock all windows. |
|
| 12‚ Damage–If you should break anything please inform us. |
|
| 13‚ Noise–Please be considerate of neighbors. Musical instruments, radios, television, etc must not be operated at noise levels that disturb others. |

| 14‚ Pets–Pets are not permitted on the premises. |
|
| 15‚ Grills–A propane BBQ Grill is provided for your use. Do not put charcoal in the grill. If the propane tank is empty, please contact us at 210-464-7831 for assistance in securing a refill. |

| 16‚ Checkout–Unless other arrangements have been made, checkout time is 10:00 am. At checkout, please close and lock all windows, doors, and gates. |
